Having a discussion about the Police out this way making a statement that we have a road course just down the way so please don't hyperspeed on public roads.
My idea was that for minor infractions with selected demographics, perhaps a one time free pass to take it to the track would create a positive shift.
And then it got weird. Yes. Let's give track day passes to car thieves. What ever in the fuck might go wrong with that scenario?

Ah, the naïveté... Someone should tell her "findings" the story of Lúcio Flávio, a brazilian car thief who got his start as a teenager in the 70's, eventually became the leader of one of the most feared gang of bank robbers in Brazil and would go on to co-found what is probably the largest and most dangerous criminal organization in Brazil, called Comando Vermelho. I think he wasn't really just trying to learn how to drive or get bitches.
